I am a narrative coach, leadership educator, and founder of the Story Academy. For more than 20 years, I worked internationally in project management, strategy, and leadership across Europe and the United States.

My purpose

Along the way I discovered an important truth, a spark that guides my work today. I found that whenever people understand their story, everything becomes clearer. Decisions become easier. Direction becomes visible. Leadership becomes human.

Today, I bring together narrative psychology, practical leadership tools, and deep human insight to support individuals, teams, and organizations in times of transition and complexity.
